The patterned components here begin as a tube blown in the hotshop with two layers of color. The tube is then taken into the cold shop to be cut into smaller sections. The sections are cleaned up and rounded at the blest sander. I use sandblasting to create the pattern. The components are brought back up to temperature in the hot shop. Then me and the team blow the base and assemble toe piece using a torch.
